Sold: Need help with fitment and wheel characteristics.

So I am looking at a set of used wheels. These are the wheel specs.

19x8.5/10 +40/+59
original 5x112
cb 66.6
R-disk all around
gun-metal faces

Everything looks good however offset is on the high side compared to original oem specs. Is there any problems using this wheel setup in terms of stability/handling/fitment?
