Here is a new front splitter / lip design we have been working on.

Installation is simple with the factory screws and push clips. There is no drilling needed.

Raw/Unpainted (Paint Ready) and Painted Satin Black finish options.

I'm probably telling you something you already know, but that sheen is way off from the factory black. I wouldn't buy a trim piece that's so obviously mismatched.

Me too! The mold is just too expensive with injection molding for this small market

Here is a new front splitter / lip design we have been working on.

We will be making these out of PP with either injection molding or gas assisted injection molding and offering them in unpainted, satin black, and potentially color matched finishes.

If the end result matches the OEM satin black, and the price is comparable to one of the three OEM lip pieces, I'd buy one on the spot as a sacrificial curb eater. It's a pretty subtle improvement, though, so it'd be hard to justify paying much more than that.

Unfortunately we are not able to compete with Toyota's factory parts pricing. Injection molds are very expensive, so for a relatively low production number car like the Supra, pricing for aftermarket parts have to be higher to even just make the mold cost back.

The splitter mold is currently on the cnc step. In about 30 days it should be completed and testing will begin.

The mold is now nearly completed and here is the first production sample.

Last step is polishing the mold and then the production stage can begin.
