Hello all,

I picked up a 2020 Supra from a member on this forum that has had a few exterior mods and also PPF.

As I was washing the car this past weekend, I noticed that the panel on the drivers side is not flush. It’s almost as if it needs to be pushed in or clipped into the body. The previous owner said he never took off that panel.
Anyone have any experience with this panel?

Do you think if I took it into Toyota they would cover it under warranty?

I attached the pics and some of my beautiful car. This is my 2nd 2020 Supra! Sold my first one in March when used car prices boomed for a profit and regretted it every day until I found this beauty. My advice to all - don’t sell! You will regret it!

This is just held on by a screw or a push pin behind the fender liner. It would be easy to adjust yourself if you wanted. Each body panel has 3-5mm of play inwards and outwards.

So just remove the screw near the wheel?

The passenger side is flush and not sticking out at all.

Any Update on the fix for this? I have the same issue on the drivers side. I tried to push it back in but no luck lol

I tried showing my wife some of the panel gap differences and she just gave me “the look” 🙄

It's adjustable. If you don't have a big enough wheel gap, you will need to get the wheel off or lift the car to reach the fasteners. On the aluminum quarter panel, the corner of the lip sometimes gets bent which causes the rocker panel to be pushed out. Just bend it back in place. if you have aggressive fitment, you may just need a Dremel to shave down the inside corner of both panels since this part tends to be what rubs on the outside of the tire.

Takes like 5 minutes to fix once you can access it.

Yeah i have stock height right now but it’s just poking out like OP picture but by the door. Opened the door and i can see a gap, tried to push it but doesn’t help. I wonder if if i’m missing some clips?Passenger side has no play in it what so ever but the drivers side i can move it with my finger. Here’s where mine is poking out. It’s the little circle. not the quarter panel but the the panel below it that travels all the way to the fender which has the side skirt attaced
