OPF Delete - Exhaust Query - UK - Europe

Hi All,

Apologies if this is not the right place to post this.

I have recently purchased a used Miltek OPF delete kit exhaust - I am having this fitted week after next, with the OPF Milltek Cheat Device.

Can you advise if there is anything missing here, before I look like a tool at the garage? I have checked on the Miltek website and the product photos look the same. Think I’m just looking for some re-assurance.

For reference, I am connecting to the standard Catalytic converter, and standard back box.

(Will this sound good?! )

I'm running the same Milltek OPF delete on my car. Looks good to me, and I can't see anything missing.

The only issue I had was refitting the gasket between the downpipe and the OPF delete, as it made it impossible to get the V-band clamp back on properly. I ended up running it without the gasket, and I've had no issues with it for the past 3 years.

Tell the workshop to cut the pipes where the 2 large dimple/dents are.

Edit: The only thing that might be missing is the tube joiners. Mine came supplied with them for fitting the OPF delete with the original exhaust/backbox. A Milltek exhaust/backbox, however, uses pipes that slip over the OPF delete pipes, so they are not needed in that case.

I don’t suppose you have any videos of your car do you of the sound? It seems really tricky to find any videos of cars that still have the original catalytic converter in place, but OPF bypasses and Standard/Milltek back box.

Sorry, I don't have one. I fitted the OPF together with a Wagner downpipe and a Milltek backbox, so all my videos are from that setup.

Anyway, here is how it sounds with that setup:
