God damn the black looks great in the rain. Here's one of mine before I fucked the car to shit by trying to go fast.

I'm installing these MSS Adjustable Springs soon and I was wondering what would ideally be my best option on the amount I'd lower the car. I was thinking of dropping it an inch on the front and 1/2 an inch on the rear. I live in North Jersey and drive to the city quite often so I don't want to be too low on these shitty roads but I'd also want it to look as flush as I could without it getting annoying to drive.
Stock height is already to low for these horrible north eastern roads sadly

Idk. going to compression test and leak down today to see which one of the piston rings we fried. Just lucky the 100 shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake.

I like the stock ride height, especially for a car that's driven frequently on the street. The roads in the New England really do suck. I'm terrified to add any sort of front lip or splitter even at stock ride height.

When I go to coilovers in the future I'm going with the absolute minimum drop I can. There's a lot of engineering that goes into the geometry of the suspension. It really is optimized for the stock ride height, and once you start to deviate from that you will run into problems. There are aftermarket solutions that can fix several of these issues, but it adds up quickly and there are some aspects that can't be corrected.

North Jersey here and I went with HKS adjustable springs. When the shop installed it they kept the default setting out the box for the fronts and adjusted the rear by 1/8th of an inch lower than what HKS set it to. I have yet to scrape or angle yet but I have bottomed out in a pothole during a car event cruise (don't feel too bad because I watched 4 exotics hit the same hole too ?)

Your stance looks good. I just bought the same HKS adjustable springs and getting them installed this Sunday. Do you have any other photos of your car on the HKS springs?

So factoring setting upfront on the HKS and 1/8" drop on the back?

Yes. I could be wrong in the exact measurements but that's what the shop that did it told me. Factory hks front and 1/8th lower than hks settings rear

Looks nice specially with the black. I'm on the CU Later Gray so we'll see how it looks Sunday with the settings you mentioned.
