Over the air update?

I just flashed my Supra last week, and confirmed my current software iD that it is unlocked and tunable, now when I try to adjust my tune, all of a sudden I’m locked and my software iD is updated.

I have not taken the car to the dealership, has this happened to anyone else? What have y’all done, bench unlock again?
