P0141 bank 1 sensor 2 Heating Circuit CEL

Hey everyone, I've got a 2021 supra and bought it with an aftermarket downpipe installed. I was able to fix the cat efficiency code, but there is still a P0141 heating circuit code. Does anyone know If this is likely a problem with the downpipe or if I should replace the O2 sensor. I've heard the AA downpipe eliminates CEL but does anyone have experience with this particular code and the CEL?
