Part number help

Hello,
I bought a used OEM spoiler. It is missing the 5 foam washers and 4 round hole plugs (see pic). I have had no luck with the dealer. Can anyone here help?

Also, does anyone know what brand double sided tape Toyota/BMW would have used on this?

I would have referred you to the dealer about those foam washers and plugs, but seeing how they were no help, I'm not sure.
For the double sided adhesive I'd go with 3m. Any autozone or O'rileys will have it.
