That sucks, I was just googling this, and some people have suggested a Magic Eraser. Not sure I'd try it, but I might try it just before resigning myself to a respray.

at the moment im trying matte ppf, if that covers everything then its all good, if some scratches are still visible then light polish and matte ppf. Problem arises that car is ceramic coated 1.5 year ago, so i dont know how well ppf will stick. Repainting bumper is only only last option.
