So, I just finished redoing all the bimmercode changes after getting the brake booster recall done. No issues with any of the changes. Happy to have all the warnings turned off, screen brightness fixed, and all the other miscellaneous things. Most importantly, nice to have sport+ back!

Speaking of Sport+. While I was in that section, I noticed a function called EkstraBoost (or something like that - didn't right it down). Wondering if anyone has tried it? It sure sounds interesting. Could it possibly do anything like what it sounds? Maybe a time limited boost overrun function like some cars have? Has anyone tried turning it on to see if it actually changes anything? I wasn't brave enough to try it...

XtraBoost is an option in BMW hybrids to run the electric motors in a high output mode concurrent with the gas engine when there's sufficient battery charge. It won't do anything useful in a car with only a gas engine.
