QC1 Delivery Inspection

This service notification (QC1 Delivery Inspection Service) has been on since I got the car just over a month ago. Ive been back to the dealer twice to rectify the problem but the tech has no idea how to shut it off. I don't blame him. This is what happens when you shove a life long Toyota technician into fixing what is essentially a BMW. To make things worse he hasn't even finished his training on this car. But I digress. I tried to do it myself through the diagnostic menu with no luck. Anyone happen to know a trick or secret menu that this can be turned off by myself? Or is this something that has to be done by the dealers equipment? Maybe I should be visiting the local BMW dealership...

They aren't actually allowed to sell the car without this being deactivated, technically.

I don't doubt it but they have one tech that isn't fully trained yet on this car and there is only one Toyota dealership where I live. Old dog, new tricks. Can you imagine working on Toyotas your whole life and someone is like, hey work on this BMW. Whole different animal.

Have them contact the area rep to get it resolved. Was part of PDI before delivery

Problem solved. I think it was also connected to why my Apple CarPlay and Supra connect wouldn't work. All works now.

Boggles the mind how every other car can be delivered properly for the past year and this is still happening.
