Remove melted bumper from titanium tip?

Titan motorsports exhaust didn't even come close to fitting out of the box and the modifications I made to mount it and not touch the bumper have somehow been undone. So the exhaust melted the bumper and the tip has plastic adhered to it.

Any ideas on how to clean it off? I considered melting it off but I'm afraid the heat treatment on the tip will change colors and not match the blue on the other tip.

Yikes, first person I hear to have issues with titan exhaust, I would say your best bet is remove the tips or the whole exhaust and clean it up off the car, but it is hard to tell from that one photo. Good Luck

Email Titan for a replacement bumper

The tips were color damaged so Titan sent me new ones. Bumper is passable, if I had noticed any later though...
