Removing adhesion promoter?

Removed a carbon piece and the 3m adhesion promoter stained the black stock trim. Any tips on how to remove this?

It was the side skirt part of it is on the black oem side skirt. It's like blue (think burnt titanium) and on my ppf on ghe fender.

Unpainted plastic - use 303 Aerospace to remove the stain
Paint - Start with diluted IPA, if that doesnt work, light polish.
