So I've decided to put the stock downpipe back on and go back to a Stage 1 tune.

Have been getting a bit nauseous from the exhaust fumes when idling. The power & increased flow will be missed but at least I won't want to puke at every set of lights ?
I went with a Catted Wagner DP mainly because I didn't want it too loud & did want stage two tune, lack of smell is a bonus :)

THANK you, so you can run a stage 2 tune on an aftermarket high flow catted DP? Did you get a custom tune or OTS? And there's no smell at all?

this makes me feel better about always wanting a catted downpipe. I see so many people on every car just go with catless. haha.
Yeah it's got its benefits and if tracking or a weekend car then it would be ok but as a daily it's not worth the headaches, literally ?

I have OTS stage 2, I have paid for a custom tune a few months ago but haven't done it yet

I went the wagner because it seemed better made & being from Germany they have been around the BMW for a while now

No smell driving, only a little in the garage when I start it or reverse it in so understandable

Stock catted downpipe replaced and HKS exhaust tips realigned also. Except the exhaust shop forgetting to put in the turbo flange gasket ? it all went well and looks much better IMO no more fuel smell

Fun thread to follow, but I get the impression you enjoy tinkering with stuff as much as you enjoy owning them.?

Thanks man, yeah that's what happens when there's no exact plan. Living in a small town doesn't help either cos I don't have access to other modded Supras to see which mods I like. It's trial and error but lots of fun (and not) in the process ?

Had some free time this morning so knocked out a few simple mods

OLM CF Rear Duct Covers - easy to install, not sure I like the look but it's growing on me. Maybe getting a bit busy on the rear, lots of changes, stickers etc

StickerFab Carbon Rear Light Overlays - been wanted to do this for a while as the look is great when the rear lights are on, really easy to install

Rexpeed CF Reverse Light Badge - looks good but holes aren't lined up perfectly with the lights, maybe a design error, close enough. Matte would have been nice but they only make them in gloss

Rexpeed CF Cluster Switch Panel Badge-small stick on piece, nothing special

StickerFab CF bonnet vent stickers - not cut correctly, fitment is ok.

Rexpeed CF Steering Wheel Cover - loving the matte look against the gloss steering wheel. Easy to install and fitment is almost perfect

Rexpeed CF Exterior A Pillar Cover - super easy, just had to wipe both surfaces down with isopropyl alcohol and stick it down with supplied 3M tape. Completed the Matt carbon look well with the wind deflectors & mirror covers

Rexpeed V3 CF Roof Spoiler - same as above, matches nicely with the spoiler
