i saw the process of removing the stock roof...wow..not for everyone DIY kind of thing. the windshield gotta come off and rear trunk. Also a lot of cutting and welding too.

definetely need a professional body shop to do this

The carbon fiber roof is the cheap part by the looks of things.

It will come out as a factory option for $3500 extra for MY22... Toyota will announce it right after everyone buys their MY21's.

Yes for the IND one, no for Seibon. The seam is a cosmetic seam most likely, if full carbon they have additional layers under it that should be one sheet or at least different seam locations to mitigate stiffness losses.
