Garage door dinged the bumper.. I’m hearing about people getting a respray but my concern is the paint match with absolute zero. One shop quoted 1300, another said 650. Should I just try to deal with this myself with a little touch up? I definitely want it back to looking new with a proper paint match.

That's a respray.

Anything you DIY will not look good enough. Too big and deep of a scratch.

The bits on the left may mostly buff out though.

too deep for touchup. surprise the garage door didn't sense the front end of that car. you can raise it up so it wont happen again

Touch up will look like butt, especially since it’s a 3 stage pearl. Fortunately that is in a good spot. Paint tech will have plenty of room to blend the paint. Usually I hesitate to recommend cheap, but 1300 seems high. I’ve been out of the body shop for a while tho so maybe things have changed. I’d recommend grabbing another estimate or two and specifically ask if they’re going to do a full R/I (remove and install) and full clear, or try to burn it in. Pay the extra for a full R/I and clear.

This guy knows.
But ya 1300 actually doesnt seem TOO far off depending on the shop and their rate. Im just gonna guess but probably 13hr for labor/material, ive seen rates vary from $80-$120/hr.
Touch up will def stick out cuz of the pearl. Like mentioned luckily is right in the middle so painter should be able to easily blend that out without having to worry about panel matching.

Thanks everyone, I actually found a rock chip a little lower as well so I’m going to respray. Shop for 650 has good reviews and a pretty long track record so I’ll try them first.
