Strut bar bolt won’t come out

Anybody’s strut bar bolts really tight? I’m trying to install an mst intake but I am unable to get the strut bars out I’ve tried using a socket wrench and a impact driver won’t budge

Are you using a regular socket set or an E torx socket set?
