Supra D gear on dash blinking!

So I was driving everything was cool I’m parking a slight upside street and I try going into park pressed it and my chime rang and the D went flashing. No codes showed up. Does anyone know why that would happen first timer by the way it’s done this.

Usually means limp mode when D is flashing.
