Suspension click/rattle at full load

I only noticed this on a site lap on track. But with the windows down, whenever my suspension is full load left or right there I can hear a rapid click. I have stock suspension. It sounds similar to a ball bearing bouncing off a concrete floor. Wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms before I start digging in?

Not on this car. My MX5 has something similar. Tried to find it for ages and finally gave up. She drove great on track and my mechanic said it was fine. Worth getting it looked into just to be safe.
