This past weekend I installed the Tein lowering springs. Install went smooth thanks to numerous Youtube vids. On the install, the front bump stops are trimmed and reused. There rears are a little different. You cut the top 20mm of the OEM stop and also use the stops provided by Tein. The rears alos come with new dust boots. The Tein bump stop fits onto the strut shaft and the bot goes over it. The cut OEM stop goes on top of the dust boot to fit in the top hat of the strut. Kind of a weird set up but it seem to work. I've driven about 200 miles so far with no issues. I wasn't able to get a base line measurement from the ground. The cars was on jack stands for the winter, and I didn't put it on the ground prior to install. The after measurements( from ground to fender) are as follows:
Front/Left - 673mm
Front/Right - 672mm
Rear/Left - 687mm
Rear/Right - 685mm
It's a snug 2 finger gap, on a slight angle. I will post pics later
P.S. I also installed 15mm rear and 12mm front wheel spacers. No issues.
I will say it looks WAAY better and much more aggressive. I haven't had the car for very long, so it's hard to compare ride comfort. It drive in sport mode and it felt no different. Again, I only had 1100 miles on the car and haven't driven it since the 1st week of November last year. I will add that the wife did not complain.

Here are the pics. About 350 miles so far and no noises, no rubbing, no scraping. My driveway is steep at the bottom, but coming in on an angle is fine. Encountered a couple speed bumps, no problem. The ride is great, even on these shitty Michigan roads. Handling also feels very good. I am VERY happy with these springs
