Agreed.
Daily beater aside. It’s a CAR. Granted, it’s a fantastic lovely machine with styling and performance well above its pay grade. But still a car.
It’s not a vestal virgin, it’s not an SF-90, it’s not a Koenigsegg. It’s a $60k Toyota. Drive it and enjoy it.
I don’t understand the ā€˜wrap it in ceramic, park it in the climate controlled garage, and never drive itā€ crowd.
Have you ever heard of relativity?

60k will be perceived in enormously different ways depending on a person's country, lifestyle, background, upbringing, etc.

There are people that may have far less money than 60k, and saved up for years to get a second hand car they dreamed of owning, and they will treat it as if to them it was an SF90, let's not just put everyone under a label simply because they care about something more than you do.

This! My fat ass can use the extra steps anyway, haha. Always park far. I plan my trips around parking, lol. Dentist? How is the parking? Pizza pickup, can I park safely?
Yeah honestly I kind of envy the people who are fine with parking their Supra anywhere. It stresses me out when I see cars pull in close to it and I can't fully enjoy what I'm out doing.

People can say "it's not a Koenigsegg, chill", but I did the same with my GTI? I just cannot help it

I usually get over it when the "new car effect" wears off.
