Torque specs for front and rear brake rotors / assemblys

in the boat one time I'm reuse is ok.
It would be interesting to have a percentage of clamping force loss with the first reuse.
I probably have to change rotors next year and will use new bolts, since i don't know if the previous owner, or a workshop did anything to the brakes before and reused them - so better be safe.

Then I'm afraid you'd be wrong unfortunately. When a TTY bolt is stretched the bolt material reaches it's yield point and deforms which actually work hardens the bolt and increases it's tensile strength slightly. Therefore retorquing a used one won't apply the required amount of stretch again to the bolt and it's the stretch that keeps the bolt tight. TTY bolts are nothing special in themselves and are more a production line aid than anything else so replacing them with a same size bolt of the correct grade is totally ok. The torque required for the replacement std bolt will be the usual bolt dia along with bolt grade cross referenced to std torque for that bolt combination. No big deal just engineering.
