looking to buy some front rotors soon for my 2020 3.0.
Are the front rotors left/right side specific?

Do we know what other cars share this rotor in the bmw line up

yes. they are directional. you could buy non-directional rotors from discount vendors.

As per previous message, yes, they are directional.

Looks like the front rotors are used on quite a fair number of different BMWs.
