Trouble with IND powder coat tips

Guys,

Anyone have experience with IND powder coated tips? I received them today and they ABSOLUTELY will not fit. I thought maybe pushing them on would take a little extra force because the clamping tabs were fresh but the diameter is totally different and all it did was scrap off some powder coat from one of the clamps. See the pictures below- Is this normal or could I possibly have been sent the wrong part? Also I thought they just took OEM parts and powder coated them, this does not appear to be the case, the front lip are rounded on the IND tips, definitely not stock.

I bought them from Autotecknic instead of IND directly but they did arrive with IND packing tape and everything, below is the link to their website. I hope it does not make a difference.

Also when I tried to install them, it scratched off the powder coating on the inside retainer clip. I hope they dont try to reject the return now saying I damaged them.
