Could you please send me photos off your job, areas like the rear valance,mirrors,handles, near the taillights and front bumper sensors ect.anything will help thank you.. Just so I have an example of what things should look like..

If the job is done right, you should not be able to see a seam or edge. Some exceptions can be made for the complicated front bumper, but the seams should be hidden around corners.

I know you're trying to do the right thing but in this case I think the right thing to do is to just go nuclear. No need for a positive example when the one given is so poor. The bad news is that clowns that do work like this aren't likely to even give a shit about it and even less likely to bother making it right, be it via a refund or a redo.

And learn your lesson, don't allow them to redo it. I'd ensure a full refund, take it to a reputable place and have them remove it and redo it properly. It'll end up costing you more in the long run but that's just life.

Im asking for a full refund at this point, but seeing what they have to say at the same time. Don’t think there’s much they could say to earn my trust back..I made sure to pay with credit card just incase these issue came up.If they chose to make this difficult so will I.I’ll reach out to xpel about whats out going on With a certified dealer then start the charge back .next will be a full on FU to them online..

I have permaplate and xpel on mine and I only saw one corner that was lifted when I picked it up from the clear bra installers a few days ago. I'll grab pictures of those areas tomorrow evening for you.

Had this done a few weeks ago and all these things are killing me..Am I being overly picky or is my concerns valid.What would you do ? Sorry for the photo dump and this isn’t all of it.The ceramic coating also hasnt been applied correctly and they are saying that there just gonna put another coat on top of it. Soap won’t even bead of it smoothly and is sticking to the film.Are these simple fixes or am I just going crazy ..lol

Dude, that is complete trash work. Get your money back and run away. I do my own paint correction and ceramic coatings. Because I have trust issues.

Run that chargeback and let us know the shop, i'll gladly hose their google reviews haha. I got my 2020 supra the first week these things came out, and I had a local detailer do it. Ceramic coat was on point, my front ppf was 8/10 as he hand cut everything. Few bubble spots in corner but not nearly as bad as yours. I sort of chalked it up to the car being so new to work with. He is going to redo it soon. I also got a pretty good deal on my install. Get your cash back hommie.

Same here, it's also cheaper and pretty fun to do that work yourself.

This just looks brutal. Even a full refund isn’t enough to not blast them. They wasted your time and possibly damaged your car and never even came remotely close to doing the job they were paid to do. Literally should not be allowed to do installs. Sorry this happened to you OP. Service and labor industries have been going to shit across the board
