Tuning Glossary?

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is glossary of sorts for each of the channels that we are able to log? I would like to become self reliant on reading my own logs and determining issues etc.. There are so many channels we can log and besides the ones that are obvious, there are quite a few that i have zero clue as to what they are or how to interpret the values they are returning. Clearly all of the custom tuners out there have figured this stuff out.. i would like to learn to do the same and looking for some advice as to where i can go to learn. (not trying to quit my day job, just want to be smarter and less reliant on others)

Thanks @razorlab -- what I'm ultimately looking for is that list above with brief descriptions for each, expected value ranges, definitions etc.


Example ---

WGDC - Wastegate duty cycle is referring to the wastegate solenoid (pressure converter) duty cycle, which switches on and off very fast; 0% WGDC would mean that the solenoid is not allowing vacuum to the wastegate actuators (wastegates fully open, minimal/no boost being made), 100% WGDC would mean the solenoid is allowing full vacuum to the wastegate actuators (wastegates fully shut, maximum system boost being made).

Range: 0-100%

RAM WGDC Actual - What the sensor is reporting


An example of one I have zero clue about what it means and a quick Google search didn't come up with anything for is..

Anywho, I wasn't going to ask someone on here to type all that up for me, I was ASSuming (hoping) that this type of information might already exist somewhere and I could be pointed in the right direction. I have to assume these custom tuners all have this type of understanding and I wish to have the same. If the answer is I just have to go off and do my own research on each one while also learning how to interpret the data coming in, that's all good too.. just thought I'd ask for the easy button first.
