In saying the above, it really depends on the police officer you get.

In my previous cars I get pulled over sometimes for the police office tell me to take it off or I will get a defect, if you run over someone and roll over the car they can get decapitated.

Wow and I thought California had crazy laws for modification on cars.

Ok on a side note? Can you tell any difference in the handling or is it just for show.
I cant say Exactly. I do feel the rears not wanting to turn loose as much. But that could be placebo lol

Hi all,

just a quick update - ended up going through with it!

Just making sure you're aware, what you have is a Voltex replica, not the actual Voltex Type 12.5 wing.

Any copper troubles 2+ years with the wing?
My SIL is a Vicpol cop, believe me they don't have the manpower to be pulling over people in $100,000 cars to asses/measure the dimensions of rear wings. To all those that complain about the Victorian road rules we do have one massive advantage here and that's NO annual road worthiness inspections required. The annual RWC inspection in other states is a real PITA and doesn't improve the quality of the vehicles on the roads either. A Victorian bonus.

Yeah, not too worried especially since it's not a massive time attack wing. Queensland seems quite chill overall too.

Yep. Unlike the endless parade of 86s, GTIs and clapped out Commodores, the Supra is borderline exotic here which helps it get a pass. As long as you aren't doing anything particularly stupid, you should get left alone.

Probably the only thing going for this place at the moment.
