VIS carbon hood

Hi everyone, I've been wanting to add vents to my hood but can't bring myself to cut into it just yet. Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of a lot of the vented carbon hoods, and the ones I actually do like cost more than some miatas. However I've seen the VIS carbon hood and comparatively speaking it's a lot cheaper:

My thinking is getting one of these and adding vents. Has anyone installed one of these? If so how was the fitment overall?

I appreciate it but I just got my 777 GT4 hood vent in today so I'll be going that route

I can, I don't really sell it anymore, had too many fitment issues and various other things.
