Well, I'm sure it adds some downforce... though probably not enough to really matter. Originally I thought it was adjustable, but it appears not. Although you could have different side braces machined I suppose to add more rake to the wing.

Voltex does a lot of racing aero. With proven performance, not sure if this wing was designed with performance as the #1 goal, but they do carry that image for the brand.
