Lol give mensome tips on this. I tried white vinegar which work last time i had salt get on my car but thsi time it didnt come out

I've used and can vouch for Gtechniq W9 Water Spot Remover, though it took a couple of applications for it to remove the hard water spots on mine. I've also been recommended CARPRO Spotless 2.0 Water Spot Remover. That said, I would have thought vinegar would have stripped it along with any paint protection..

If vinegar didn't work, then you need to polish that out. It looks like bird droppings to me.

I would also try claybar (synthetic clay bar works well) before polish (ScratchX).

If it still doesn't come off, big bandaid decal..
