What did you do to your Supra today?

[BA9092]

It matches as good as the rear hatch does. In the right light you can see the difference in rear quarter panel and hatch, same with the fenders.

Good to know! I can't wait to get mine. I ordered a set last week from @Jesse DaBears

Thanks for the info. That’s what I was afraid of with these prepainted parts. When I got my wing painted, the body shop told me there were two slight variations in color for Renaissance Red. He even showed me the two variations on my car using their color samples. It was hard to tell, but like you said, it’s probably noticeable in the right light or the right angle. Not sure about other colors but I imagine that it’s not just Ren Red and I’m too paranoid/anal about perfect paint matching. That’s definitely my favorite fender though!

I noticed that in Absolute Zero, the front bumper, hatch and rain channel roof trim pieces are slightly different in shade/tone from the factory depending on the lighting, so I expect it shouldn't be too bad. But I'm a perfectionist and a photographer, so I may be nitpicking.

Those look -exactly- like the ThicWhips ones. Like.. identical to the ones I have, just phantom instead of nocturnal.

ThicWhips has larger back plate.

Busy af but got my wheels and tires setup completed!

18in Sq setup
Eibach springs
18x10.7 Titan 7 TS5
15mm spacer front, 12mm rear & stud conversion kit by motorsports hardware
275/35/18 Falken RT615K+

Did you make those badges yourself? Looks better than Thic Whips one.

it's a rear oem Toyota upgrade badge for a Camry, same size and (12cm), more important, exactly the same curvature as the Supra front badge. The only modification needed is to remove the locator pins as they are different.

ThicWhips has larger back plate.

as far as I know (don't shoot me if that's not correct) the backing plate on the ThicWhips badge is completely flat, the oem badge I got has a curved "plate"/underside and fits the curvature of the bumper perfectly

Where did you get that badge that matches perfectly with the shape?! Haha. Is that a Tacoma or other model badge? You are right the ThicWhips one looks flat. I was hesitant about getting that one because of the backplate, it doesn't fill the whole oval flush enough either imo.

I ordered my Remark exhaust

here you go : https://www.ebay.com/itm/274897028488
it's a Camry upgrade badge.
On the plus side at USD 32,5 it's a fraction of the price of the ThicWhips badge the main reason I didn't go for TW badge is that they are always sold out, and have a patience of a two year old..
I took two tries to get it it right, the first one I went for didn't fit as well as I wanted it to, this one fits perfectly in my opinion, especially on nocturnal black

You are the hero we need.???

Now to figure out a solution for the rear badge. I've always thought a 4Runner or Camry badge might fit as a direct replacement...

H&R + BMS 13/15 + Alignment all done. No pic of rear but it’s fatter. Love it

Got the BMS spacers but deciding between H&R or Eibach springs. You got more pics? And do you have any issues with scraping?

[Diablo]

Removed the tow hook license plate as I won't need it in KY. Its $3000 to transport in an enclosed carrier because of gas prices....

Where are you located in KY? I’m up in Northern KY

Your not going to rub on either set of springs, especially on stock rims/tires.

keep in mind HR don’t go very low in the back, the eibachs are the lowest. Your looking at both spectrums. Theirs also HKS adjustable and Swift.

~ I actually had my bmw mechanic complete the work. $75 for oem bmw horn and parts and $225 for labor. $300 total. His attention to detail is second to none.

I have Rabid doing my downpipe next week. Would your mechanic be looking for another customer? I have my steering wheel on it's way and I will need this horn install at some point.
