Typically I would agree with that but when it comes to intakes, how much power are you really getting from the Dinan vs. MST? And even if there is an increase, I doubt it is enough to be noticeable. So in that scenario, I would equate the two performance wise but I'd rather have the sound. But the Dinan definitely looks better so if looks are more important than sound, then Dinan all the way for sure. Regardless, congrats on your new box!

Appreciate it ! But yea I wanted to get IAT’s closer to ambient temps, so far this is way closer to that

That's interesting! How much reduction have you seen since the switch?

Maybe yours is different but… typically they provide very little to no improvement. However the sound (with windows up) and the looks, kudos! Welcome to the club ?

Since I installed the Dinan I have noticed temps climb quicker when stopped at a light than the the stock intake. It sucks engine compartment air unless at speed

I can confirm I’m running dramatically closer to ambient IAT’s also with dinan over armaspeed. My dinan runs very close to ambient where my armaspeed would be at 110-130 degree IAT’s in 75-80 degree weather. I miss the dramatic sound a lot NGL but those IAT’s with the armaspeed concerned me and it felt like the car was heat soaking rather quickly now not so much. Basically what I’m saying is power wise they are the same. When people talk about performance gains they aren’t talking about one having more power gains over the other but rather which one heat soaks more/quicker and dinan def takes the cake on that regard by a long shot

Also to double back on that my tuner Fabian from pureboost also recommended the dinan over armaspeed but quoted “you don’t really notice a difference while driving” so take what i say with a grain of salt.

I’m tempted to switch back to arma just because I’m immature and miss the crazy sounds?

How does the exhaust sound with the Downpipe? I’ve been eyeballing that exhaust system along with several others. I’m catless On OEM exhaust.
It sounds pretty loud at start up but daily driving on comfort mode is pretty close to stock. On sport plus mode, it can be loud when putting the pedal down. Other drivers definitely look when slowing down to a stop light/sign. I like having best of both worlds so I don’t cause issues with my neighbors leaving early in the morning or late at night.

Ordered HKS exhaust from Extreme Power House with 10% discount and it was delivered next day free shipping here in Texas. No regrets at all.

(Side note: I do have a Dinan induction kit to fit at the weekend.)
Hey chief where did you get this please and how much? I got the stock one with no logo, I'm jealous.

This is crazy to me. US needs to pay to get. UK gets one with no logo. Wouldn't it be easier just to include it in the price and have the mat with logo from factory.

Canada gets this stock.

I agree.
I'm also baffled at the garbage ass stock floor mats in this car, like wtf?
I swapped them out immediately as it felt like a fiat.

During track season, 6 months in SWFL for me, yessa! 275-18 square. Cost savings, tons of tires options (& my fav Maxxis track tires), ability to rotate.

Did your car come with 18s. I was wondering if you were running the OAM 275-19 rear tire on the OEM 275-19 front rim. I am told by others it can be done.
