Two days posting in a row? This must be bad luck...

Car went into limp mode last night w/ 120308 / 120408 when I hit redline in 4th - logs showed it missing boost target by a substantial margin. Thought it might be someplace on the intake system, so spent the morning tearing it apart. Found two loose hose clamps. Got them replaced today, car seems to be behaving much better now.
Need to do a pull later in the evening for the tuner to make sure all the logs look good :D After that, I still got this damn intake manifold that needs to be installed.

Ah well, 2026 goals...

Went to the track after patching up the turbo. The flapper assembly didn't hold unfortunately so have to wait for the new one to come in.

Installed the Bevinsee Jack Pad Pucks. Got them for $79 off ebay. 3 out of 5 on the PITA install-o-meter. Had challenges tightening them down. Once installed though, no issues so far and far easier than using a damned adapter every time.

This thread should also serve to show when we abuse our Supras:

what did I do to my Supra today???

I Torqued the lower control arm on one side without loading the car (while the wheel was hanging on the QuickJack). Of course, when back on the ground, the car looked like a Disney cartoon character:

it took a day for me to figure out why my coilovers - set at equal length, were resulting on the car height to have an ENTIRE inch difference from one side to the other.

On the bright side, after I fixed it I felt like a Master Suspension Mechanic.
