Will these lug bolts fit?

The dimensions seem like they are fine being 14x1.25 28mm. But I wanted some other opinions so I don't mess up.

PS - Will these fit gram lights? Or do I need a longer length?

well there goes my plans of making my car Japanese, German, and Chinese lol I’m not trying to cheap out, I just wanted a set of black lugs with a key and came across these. Figured ECS would carry solid products but apparently they only sell crap?
