Wireless phone charger cradle

Hi all,

Has anyone removed the cradle above the wireless charging pad? I find it very cumbersome and awkward getting my phone in and out it etc.

I also think its not actually needed anyway

alot of people have remove all you do is pull up on it, held on by 2 clips your phone will slide around when doing pulls or hard cornering though

Cheers - I didn't want to force it if it wasn't removable etc.

I have a very good non slip cover on my phone so I'll give it a go.

Here is a close up of the cover. Don’t pull straight up. Instead pull each side toward the middle. Those tabs are on there pretty good. If you pull up you can damage the console.

removed mine and cut a piece of black shelf rubber sticky stuff to hold phone in place… works awesome!
