Looking for a new or lightly used catted DP from AA, CG precision or powerneedy, shipped to SC. Prefer the Active Autowerke.

Pipes are pipes. The cat is really all that matters.
why's that? is there something wrong with them?

A reputable tuner recommended against them (personally) due to some quality issues he’s seen. No big deal and they’re probably fine for the most part. Some CATs have blown out though (hearsay)

The AFE “exhaust velocity” argument doesn’t make sense to me; back-pressure = back-pressure. Turbo, therefore, unhappy.

and they both use a gesi high quality cat, one is rated 50 more hp than the other, if you plan on even pushing those top numbers you should be catless anyways. :dunno:

Agreed.
I’m 28 and live alone in a family neighborhood with some snooty families. They already hate the car. Their heads might explode if I went cat-less.

Probably should go catless then.

Remember that scene in scanners?

Oh man, catted or catless, they are probably gonna hate your cold starts and or burbles.
I have a pretty well insulated garage so I do my best to start the car in normal every time, with the door closed ?
