Washed my car today and saw this. ? No idea how it happened or when. I washed my car a week ago and that wasn’t there. I don’t park near anyone (definitely not behind anyone). Any ideas? I get a lot of debris on the expressway, the car is like a magnet for it.

Quite possibly a HUBO… highway unidentified bouncing object.

Just found a slight dent on my driver side rear quarter panel. I noticed it when wiping the car down. :( Hopefully it's not crazy expensive to repair. It's a very minor dent and isn't noticeable until you see the reflection distort around it.

Similar thing happened to me roughly a week ago. Someone tapped my front fender and dented it pretty bad. Didn’t notice until one of my buddies had his headlights facing that side. Really does suck, but I recently placed an order for the Evs fenders and threw in the street hunter wing as well. Very excited for those to come in

Occam’s Razor. No one did that on purpose. Not for that little bit of damage.
This.

No one is going to fuck up their own ride to spite the Supra owner. Most people don't even know what it is and even less care.

Had a busy week... so to start last week installed the AWE Touring Non res system that I purchased off a fellow forum member on here, had to drive a couple hours to pick it up, but def worth it! loving the system, except the check engine light I got from after the install, because we think the impact tools being used on the exhaust damaged the 02 sensors, oh well, warranty is replacing them.

Then to what I did over the weeked, Bought all this stuff from local guys on friday, installed on sunday. So glad I didn't buy it all new, got such great deals

Cusco Front strut Brace - $150 ( looks new, no oem packaging)
Verus Blue anodized caps - $70 new in box
Verus Black anodized Turbo Heat Shield $90 new in box
Verus Master Cylinder Brace $80 new in box

Now just waiting to get my engine cover hydro dipped in a nitro yellow twill carbon...
as well as waiting for the maxton v2 front lip which I ordered forever ago to come in, and the carbon hood vents to come back in stock... I also have my dp and tune waiting to be installed, but holding off for a little. Also need a set of polished injen charge pipes if anyone selling LOL

and cue the photos

You'd be surprised how many !@#hole people there are...
Someone just recently keyed the side of my wifes Lexus RCF...
Yes they didn't damage there own car in the process just the point there are a bunch of dbags running around...

As for the OP looks like maybe a run away shopping cart?..

Not sure what happened. I just know I park far away always and never behind someone. I’ve only been to work & a movie theater since my last wash. It could have been a accident but they would have had to go out of their way.

With that said, it is what it is. I won’t ever find out, just gotta suck it up and get it fixed.

I agree. I remember when Tesla’s first starting popping up people were keying them and all kinds of stuff.
Couldn’t be a shopping cart, I don’t go grocery shopping lol.
No kids either ? it’s all good, thanks for the replies!

I installed the H&R springs and an Eibach front sway bar over the weekend. I'm still waiting for it to settle but it already looks so much better, and the handling difference is ridiculous. It feels like a different car, SO much more planted and stable through the corners, I'm honestly blown away. Alignment is scheduled for next Friday, I can't wait to see what that brings.

I did the same with the cusco front sway, really change the car. the springs don't really drop too much more, I wish it was half an inch lower in the rear, but oh well!

I’m always playing Mario Kart with those damn uncovered dump trucks. I will blow by them by any means possible because they just don’t give AF!
~ We seem to be made from the same mold. I can relate to almost all of your posts! ?

Dent was repaired to perfection, but was about $270... Oh well. Make sure to always inspect your car before pulling out of any shop. Lesson learned.

It took less than 20 minutes... Dent Dominator for those in the Raleigh area.

I was also wondering if anyone thinks this sounds right.

To have my big brake kit installed and coilovers installed at a rate of $110... they charged me about $1750 ($1950 after taxes).

$690 for ride height adjustment.
$260 for alignment
$805 for BBK Install

The car went on May 3rd and they told me to pick it up that Friday. I didn't get the car back until May 17th. They would never update me on the status of the car and I was the one constantly reaching out to them. They said they had to charge me more to modify a bracket for the BBK. But they never asked me if I wanted to have that work done nor did they tell me about it until after the fact.

The day I went to get the car they called me when I was on my way there, but my phone was on silent. When I arrived, no one told me that they car had a chassis error code, so I was standing around like a jackass for 30 minutes until I checked my voicemail. The owner got really heated at me saying that they called me... 5 minutes before I got there from a 25 mile drive.

I was nothing but kind and jovial the entire time.

After all is said and done, the rear coilovers are not adjusted correctly, the car is throwing a chassis code (from the car being too low), and now there is muffled rattling in the back of the car where the coilovers are (maybe that's just the way they are supposed to be).

Dam if I spent $1750 with that shop I would be livid. They should take care of the problems if they are a reputable speed shop. The shop may have broken or bent the ride adjustment bracket. I believe there is an aftermarket fix and it is recomended to add this when lowering the car. Im sure someone with more knowledge will chime in with the fix. Also ride height takes time for everything to settle.

Yeah. I already ordered the bracket from Visconti and have it in my possession. I JUST got off the phone with them and they said it took them 6 hours to do the coilovers and ride height adjustment.

I told them numerous times not to slam the car and that I did not want the wheels tucking. But they did not listen. so they charged me EVERY time they adjusted the car even though I told them that I still wanted some wheel gap.

I just took my car to a master mechanic in the area that's been working on performance cars for 30 years and he said that my car looked like it was taking a shit when I pulled up lol. He was baffled at the price they charged me for coilovers/brakes/alignment. He said that was ridiculous.
