Pixel 5. My Pixel 4xl was on its deathbed before I upgraded to the 5 last year. Had Android on VZW since the first Motorola Droid. Never owned an Apple product except for all the crap I buy my wife and kid.

In theory, replies such as "your green text is ruining this group text" and "sorry, I don't speak poor" when sending texts to Apple folks....they've increased my level of patience in life. Helps me when someone makes a BMW Supra joke these days.

Want to talk about a royal screw up? I pre-ordered the Pixel 5 last year. Got it early. VZW didn't have a y of the SIM cards programed for 5G. So my phone was a brick for a couple of days.

Yea my 4 is starting to glitch periodically which requires a restart. On top of that, the battery life is pretty laughable; I'm only getting around 2.75 hours of screen on time. Luckily most of my friends have android phones so I don't have that problem, my family however is mostly Apple so occasionally my texts in the family group chat goes to them individually.

I have Google Fi as my service provider, e-sims ftw!

Hell, that was the "new model" I was lusting after while I dealt with my Apple II (which itself was an upgrade from a VIC20). If you didn't have an acoustic coupler modem... you aren't really an OG nerd. B&W monitor? Sheeet - green phosphor or go home!

I think it's just RAM (SSD) but yes, there's ~20GB of internal storage you can transfer music to. Have that full as well as a 128GB thumbdrive in the port.
