My high school car was a 2001 Ford Focus and I had that from 2007 to 2015. Sold that to a cash for junk cars place when it died and then got a 2015 Honda Civic EX from 2015 to 2021. With the crazy price on used cars I convinced my wife to let me trade it in for the Supra.

The Focus had roll up windows and manual locks. The civic was a nice reliable vehicle that did me solid but it was time for something fun with the advancement of career over 10 years. Focus picture below is it but not my picture, just a photo I pulled off google image. The Civic picture below is my farewell shot after trading it in.

The Supra isn’t the only car I currently have but the prior two that were “specifically” replaced for the Supra was…

Intake, full exhaust, lowered and otherwise stock.

Also had a prius prime for about a year, fwd is not for me. Almost miss the dodge (big v6 boat) ... do not miss the miata.

Honestly I've been debating on trading the supra for a second i3... it's ten out of ten!

I will be no help at all developing a pattern .......The 3 cars I sold only because I was buying a C8 or Supra (Supra won) were a 2005 GTO 6-spd, 2007 750Li and 2002 Miata.

The last 3 brand new cars I bought prior to the Supra were a Mustang GT, Charger R/T Blacktop Premium and Fiat 500x (small SUV).

Ordered a 2005 Scion tC in September of 2004 and took delivery of it in December of that year. Had it for nearly 10 years until August of 2014 when I got a 2014 FIAT 500 Abarth. Got lucky to find what I wanted in another state since I didn’t want a 2015. Sold that in February of 2021 and waited patiently to find my Supra, again, in another state.

Didn't like the new for 15 digidash?

I have come close several times to getting an Abarth just on exhaust sound alone. So fun.

I had a F80 M3 and a Bullitt Mustang sold both and bought my Supra. My son was turning 16 and I thought it might be a wise move to free up some cash and make some room. I don't usually make wise decisions when it come to cars.

Yeah guilty as charged.
All 3 of my kids are now teen drivers. Got 66% of em in nice reliable Toyotas but the oldest (18) somehow has a low mile Tiguan that still manages to cost money.
That last Bullitt nearly got me, too. I friggin love those. ?
