For sure. I’ve also read that some people don’t cut the bump stops and have no problems. I guess we’ll see haha
I called swift and asked they said that they were designed so that you do not need to cut the bump stops but some people still choose to. My springs are en route right now as well, I’m planning on not cutting them.

Has anyone w swift springs experienced any clunking sounds? I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about this with other springs. I have swift springs but yet to install them
Mine did. It would happen over bumpy roads. Happened more often when in normal mode. Had my mechanic reinstall it and also added spring sleeves. Still clunked. But after about 5,000KMS of driving, the noise went away...Maybe it just needed to break in.

I did not have any noise with the Swift Springs. The fronts had the pre-installed coil silencer wrap. I seen that some people didn't get the wrap when they got their kits. Swift will provide you with the wrap if you ask them.

I initially installed the kit without touching the bump stops and the rear felt like it was always bottomed out (bumpy). Sure enough when measuring the shock travel in the rear, the shock was well into the bump stops at static ride height. I replaced the rear bump stop and boot with Eibach's shorter bump stop (BS770143) and boot (BS770043). The rear shock travel was restored and the ride feels proper. The front felt fine so I left that bump stop alone.

As a reminder to folks, suspension is very complex. The bump stops just dont stop the suspension from moving, but actually function as springs themselves. Have a peek at the link below for a good toilet read:

It may be that Eibach requires the bump stop trim because their spring rate is different than others - as from what I saw that rear Swift spring is physically as tall as the OEM rear spring.

Yes, I'm well aware of bump stops being designed to add to the overall rate of the suspension at a certain range of bump travel. The front Swift springs work well with the front OE bump stop. But there is a limit to this strategy, to where there's just not enough shock travel and causes too much rate. I've found this to be the case for the rear of the Supra with this common drop. Too much rear rate can create excessive oversteer and make the car unstable. I drove my car with both scenarios so I was able to compare and it was clear which I prefer.

Lowest part is the front fender where it curves in towards ground.

That’s cool you did that and super helpful. Wish more owners were like that.

To OP. I am also on swift springs and while their low 1.2” all around their not obnoxious like the 1.7” drop. I have yet to rub on anything. I am stock wheels 13/15 spacers. Did not cut the bump stops.

Installed with a friend at his house. Stock wheels with 13/15MM spacers. Pic was taken right after install (no settling time), Also on an incline.

Put over 100 miles so far. Rides well. Steering feels better.

Is anyone else getting a creaking sound only when turning the wheel at low speeds? Ever since my Swift springs were installed about a month or so ago even after alignment its a faint creaking sound when turning the wheel at low speeds (parking, pulling out of a lot, etc). Rough roads or tracking you cant hear it. I also looked into the ticking thread and thats a different sound entirely.

I did on my passenger side right after I installed them. The strut bearing was not aligned correctly. I pulled it all apart, re-greased it, put everything back together and had my young son jack up the arm while I realigned everything.

You could clearly hear it when turning the wheel to full lock.

Also make sure the spring is fully seated in the top and bottom rubber mounts - one sits on spring perch and the other is built into the boot.

Is anyone running TE37SLs (A90 spec) with the swift springs with a 265/35/19 front? Im getting rubbing and I thought 265 was a pretty safe bet.

I installed my swift springs. I've installed coilovers and hr springs on my 370z before. Both front shock bearings fell apart but I had ordered 2 strut mounts. I had to use a crowbar to get the rear control arm hole to align. But when I got to my other control arm, I couldn't get it to align. I tried to loosen the alignment bolt but my breaker bar didn't have room underneath the jack stands. I think I spent about 2 hours and around midnight I got the last bolt in. I was too tired to put the wheels back on and take it for a drive. I took it for a drive this morning and everything is good.
