Are your mirror caps gloss? Is this the CF edition? My 22 had matt black caps.
Good question, had to look it up. The dealer invoice lists carbon-fiber mirror caps for $925. So I guess I've got that ?

Pic from dealer before she (yeah that’s her chosen pronoun) hops on the transport truck today. Going from DC to SW FL, over 1000 miles. Should be here by Sunday ?? 2022 Phantom with red interior. I could have waited another couple of months for a 2023…. Regardless of financial common sense, I really wanted this color combo with an auto.

Edit: I say that and yet I didn’t want to pay $10k over MSRP - so I ordered her over 1000+ miles away and paying for transport ??‍♂ (what an emotional purchase these things are ?).
Welcome to the Phantom family!

No way.... Mine just came in today too!!!! My wife didn't understand what was up with the lollipop. I told her when paying $100 bucks for two little pieces of plastic, it's best to just look at the lollipop instead of wondering where your money went ?‍♂

Waxed the Supra today… with Zymol Concours… expensive but my favorite wax.

Note: Not all Zymol waxes are created equal.

One or two last things to do on the car today and it's 'drivable.' There is a bunch of stuff odds and ends that I need to get to, but nothing major. Remaining items:

* Powdercoat charge pipes
* Replace boost references with better quality/cleaner lines
* Replace methanol lines
* Install Parachute
* Install Icebox
* Install turbo blanket

And well, ship the motor out to Billy at BMB.

Otherwise, things are in a prettttttttty good spot.

I am... really close to installing some sort of ice box even though my car is not ever going to see a day on the track. I did a series of pulls the other day and my Turbo decided it was time to take a break. But it was a dumb ass amount of pulls, so I think I'm good for now. I will most likely have one installed next year when I get everything else on the car finished.

It's definitely a point of no return. Lots of noise from the pump. Sounds like a washing machine. Also a lot of drilling in the trunk area for an icebox.
