Right. A clean install is super important. I donât even notice 50%. 30% might be a touch too dark for my preference for the front windshield.Agreed, but I think high quality installer is even more important for the windshield especially. You shouldnât be able to tell itâs tinted if itâs done properly.
It actually doesn't look bad from the inside in terms of being too dark. It looks really dark from the outside (windshield).Agreed, but I think high quality installer is even more important for the windshield especially. You shouldnât be able to tell itâs tinted if itâs done properly.
I was pretty sure that windshield tint is only legally allowed about the as-1 line on the windshield in any state.Right. A clean install is super important. I donât even notice 50%. 30% might be a touch too dark for my preference for the front windshield.
Thatâs actually darker than front door legal for AZ. Lol
the mistake with 5% as well, too dark. 15/30 is my sweet spotMy original post in the this thread was during the day.
As far as nights with 50% i honestly donât have any nighttime impairment on the front, The 15% sides and rear are your typical dark but you can see well enough.
I have 5% on the A90 sides and itâs honestly too dark at night in unlit areas.
I used to work at a tint and ppf shop. Itâs not a huge deal for me to have it removed and replaced. The owner still hooks me up.50% is legal on sides here and 70% on windshield. I run 15% sides and 50% on that one and 5% sides and 15% rear and front banner on the A90. Donât have any issues but you should ask your eye Dr. for a medical exclusion note for glare and migraines just in case youâre pulled over and get hassled they wonât site you with a medical exclusion note.
