Wonder if we can buy just the tunnels and add them in ourselves?
Looks to me like you make a couple of cuts and add two pieces of metal on the v1 splitter and it becomes the high-downforce version ....

Yes you can, I've seen it done. Keep in mind though, I think the V2 splitter actually has larger dimensions as well.
So we add them to our current splitter and call it a medium downforce version?

Keep in mind they actually wind tunnel test and do it right If you look at them they are curved and I am sure there is a reason for that. I guess too you add some angle to the rear wing to balance.

I am sure it is better. But is it .5 sec in lap times when you are running 10/10ths effort or more like .1 secs or ??

I would love to have one and am sure it is legit and all but I know I have more time in skill and or even tires

My wife wanted everything they used at the shop to maintain and clean my matte paint car with PPF and ceramic coat. Gotta admit it looked better in person. He went through the whole process on what to do. It was like a class, lol. Bought a shit ton of Costco microfiber towels. I think we’re good to go. One small step to @DarkZupra garage and @Musa_Hanzo attention to detail

Look into better microfiber towels. Those Kirkland ones are great utility or interior towels. They’re not great for paint. Granted you have ppf but id look into better towels still. Check out the rag company.

Today I walked past the supra twice, spent the day hearing my brain tell me to both make it a racecar and not make it a racecar then hid my wallet
Race cars rule!!! Come on do it….. it won’t hurt your wallet……. Ha ha ha.

This rag company site is overwhelming, which ones do you recommend for exterior use?

The gauntlet is great for the final drying stage.
The Dry me a River towels are great for windows.
Any of the edgeless towels (preferably over 300gsm) are good for quick touch ups, wheels, cracks and crevices, etc

I like the edgeless 500 70/30 blend for paint. Super soft and non abrasive.
70/30 blend I believe is what most detailers recommend for paint, someone can correct me if I’m wrong.
Most of their listings show what the rag should be used for. But I personally use the edgeless 500 and it’s great.

These with a drying agent for extra protection work great.
