As far as sizing goes, CTS is larger but if you take into account quality and reliability it might not be the better option.

Any one know also, on the subject on Pure800's when we will get the same new version the BMW guys have (which means that pure are casting the turbo themselves) which means no need to swap and also apparently they are slightly better power wise

Yup, that is correct.

Just spoke with Pure regarding the cast p800. A few notes:

• They are working on it for the supra and it should be available early next year
• Benefit 1: “hopefully” enhanced flow through the manifold due to improved design, resulting in the peak power being slightly higher than the current p800 (gen 1 cast makes about 40hp more than oem core gen 1 turbo for reference)
• Benefit 2: no core charge
• Spool is expected to be identical to current p800
• Reliability expected to be identical to current p800 (identical internals, made in house by Pure, in both)

So if your aim is modest power, 600-650 or less?, the two turbos should theoretically be functionally identical.

Are you 100% sure on this? Their website states GC+ is the only one that is a totally new exhaust housing. GC and GC Mid are just the cold sides, it states:

"GC is cold side, and bearing housing only, GC+ is a complete unit"
