That is. Still hard to believe! that’s a solid 1-1/2 on the ground. Times are definitely changing.Yep. Pretty wild right?

It was 34 out so not much stuck to the ground. I would say a good 6-8" fell but only 2" stuck. It's 80% melted already haha. That is. Still hard to believe! that’s a solid 1-1/2 on the ground. Times are definitely changing.
Never been on a track in the snow on 200tw tires. Could be fun! Haha. Not surprised it snowed there too though. Did you get any at your house?I followed my gut and avoided today's round of the Bimmer Challenge. The risk of towing a car and hitting snow, high winds, and road closures was more than I was willing to take. I lost out on my entry fee and motel, but at least got the money back from the track day insurance. Still out a ton of $$$ though, including everything else I did to get the car ready.
Still...this is what I would have ended up having to deal with LOL. F that. Hey, as a bonus, I also saved my BRAND NEW tires that would have been trash after this event:

Fun, yes but it ruins the compound. Yeeears ago, a friend of mine drove in the snow with his track day tires. Next track day, they were boogering up REALLY bad and he was sliding everywhere. No grip. We had a theory. A few years later, we're reading tire manufacturer's literature and sure enough: The rubber changed. Consider it the opposite of heat cycling. LOL.It was 34 out so not much stuck to the ground. I would say a good 6-8" fell but only 2" stuck. It's 80% melted already haha.

That's a hell of a day. Now you just need to catch up to the true speed demon of Homestead.![]()
Lots of options here in Homestead FL
Got an extra 6 gallons![]()

And hit the track. Upper 80s and almost at my limit ? as the day went on.

I did win the 1st to sign up. Which earned me a free coozy and glass cleaner. Used it and gotta say, it worked well ?

Brought my Supra rug @Learyam . Was joking around because soooooo many people ask “is that a Supra?” Even funnier, people came by and actually took pictures ?. I moved it in different locations to keep em on their toes…

And improved my lap times. Two Supras now in the top 10 leaderboard at Sebring using a Garmin Catalyst. Carlos in his fully stock Supra (above me) and “Sascha”, who doesn’t look happy I got put ahead of him with the same time…. ?
What ramps are these?200 sloppy miles on what I call “Le Grand Tour” (with a sloppy French accent). It’s a section of the Foothills parkway, then The Dragon, then the Cherohala Skyway. The rain was off and on and a shit load of fog with visibility down to maybe 50 feet in places. BUT the road were all mine!
Followed up with a 1650 mile break in oil change. Also have discovered that all my under pans and such are caked in what appears to be sand from Cherohala. Looks like I’ll be on my back sometime soon cleaning that shit out…

According to @Jesse DaBears, it'll still be slow. Unless that's only directed at @zrk's slow supraFinally getting rid of the OEM turbo, manifold, driveshaft and transmission for faster expensive race car parts ... looking forward to not being slow
