I took the car cover off, disconnected the battery tender, and took her out for a drive on a sunny 45 degree day in NE Ohio. I put my car away in early December with 425 miles on her, so have been counting the days until the weather/temp become marginally acceptable. For those who are critical of the clutch takeup or the shifter, all I can say is that this car is very easy to drive smoothly, and I’ve been doing this manual thing for >50 years and lots of different cars.

Yesterday I packed up the brainbox and shipped it to @Louaye @EPC. Can't wait to get it back and see the difference between JB4 and MHD.

Just 2 more weeks for real this time?

You’ll love MHD I switched back in October and never looked back. Also definitely go catless if you are still catted you can just clear the catless CEL for good!

Got my last SPL parts on last night. Hopefully it stops raining now so I can attempt to get an alignment. Not sure if the car is going to make it up on the alignment rack with the splitter and diffuser. I will bring my race ramps but its still going to be close...

Probably want to take those lower arm air channel plastic pieces off for the alignment as well. It's a total pain to get to the camber and toe adjustment with those on.

Goodjob on getting those parts painted! It looks so good/oem that way. Not a fan of leaving those big body parts CF, imo that looks almost like a pieced together salvage part bin haha

That hood looks so much better after paint. Exposed CF looks so unfinished on such a large part.

At least you found a place willing to do your alignment.
