Sup fellas, got her a few days ago and am in love with design and the color!

Its a 23 3.0P ZF8 with the rip-off cf mirrors, 65k OTD from jim bagan toyota of south lake tahoe, where I will never do business again after experiencing the worst customer service experience and many time wasting errors with only excuses and deflection on their part. I mean for christ sakes they delivered the car with the front taped up as I requested but because they used the wrong kind and admitted they were in a rush it left a ton of adhesive stuck on top of existing swirl marks. This dealership did not understand attention to detail or just didnt care and the way the car and I were treated left me feeling they behaved in an intentionally spiteful manner. I get that a lot as a neotenous asian american. The delivery drivers never smiled or congratulated me and left a bunch of shoe marks on the drivers sill.

I told them they were amateurs for not getting the amount owed correct when they arrived and like all scumbags that dealerships attract they never owned up to it or apologize but rather deflected blame immediately. I never want to talk to anyone that works at a dealership again. Sad part is this is my 2nd car I bought from them in a year and I feel icky that I gave them my business. Toyota's image is greatly sullied by this piece of shit dealership that just sees their customers as a quick buck. I hope all dealerships become extinct.

Anyways, I have some work to do with fixing the swirl marks, marring, and some clear coat that has been etched off the tip of the hood due to the shitty tape they used. I've gone through it with goo gone but some marring still remains. I am researching the best way to do this and don't have much detailing experience albiet being a careful and clean person. The bimmers I had many years ago got the zaino treatment but I don't know what's good now. I should have asked them to not wash the car and flat bed it to me, but what's done is done.

I hope I can provide some value to this forum even though i'm not a diehard car guy and thanks in advance for the knowledge yall will be sharing.

What's up everyone! Been a lurker for a while, but I took delivery of my Supra last week!

Had to drive it 3.5 hours home, but it was well worth it-- I've seen some people drive a thousand lol. Can't wait to get to know the car better and add some mods. Wanted to take a pic while it was stock so here you go!

Hey Everyone! My name is Jordan from Denver, CO.

I just picked up a Manual 2023 Supra in Nocturnal black yesterday and absolutely love the car. People already have struck up conversations with me about it at my first gas tank fill up and at a few red lights. It is wild having a car that attracts attention! Guess I gotta get used to it and also fully expect trash talk from the haters soon too.

I have been on this forum since March when I placed my deposit and the wealth of knowledge on here has been great so far. Thank you to everyone who posts write ups or shares their experiences with modifications, maintenance etc. I've already learned so much and discovered so many cool aftermarket parts I want. There are tons of amazing Supras on here--everything from the ones with minimal mods to the fully built race cars. I can't wait to get started with mine! Cheers!

Congrats @Jmanlevan ! I feel that sentiment with everyone who posts the write-ups/mods. I was a lurker for so long before pulling the trigger. Have fun with the car!

Thanks! Congrats to you too! Absolute Zero was the other color I wanted. It's gorgeous when the sun hits it just right!

Yes, definitely not a pick your nose and talk to yourself at the stop light kind of car. And let me guess, people = guys, all guys, no girlfriends, wives, moms, daughters, friends, or anything.

Congrats dude! Yeah, prepare for major attention! I still marvel how much attention it gets. I always feel like I'm driving a Lambo or something, lol. Enjoy!

Hi all, just signed up so saying hello from South Yorkshire Uk. Swapped my lotus couple of months back for the mk5 and loving every minute of it.

just got back from a 2.5k mile road trip around Europe which ended up with us doing a lap of the ring (what a blast).

Few mods already and plan on a few more, wing, spacers, exhaust to name a few.

Just wanted to say hello. I don’t have a Supra or any sports car for that matter but I’m seriously considering one. Ultimately I’m looking for a low 10 or high 9 sec daily drivable car to play with on the weekends. Whether it’s a little racing or a road trip with me and the wife.

Hey all,

I have a Blue 3.0 MT on order arriving late August.

Earlier this year I decided I wanted a Mk4. I've loved that car for 20+ years.
A few months looking at prices convinced me they are now collector cars and not the hidden-gem driver's car they once were. Even importing from Japan I was going to get a fair condition car with 25 years of gremlins for the same price as a brand new A90. I love the 2JZ and the Mk4 platform, but brand new with warranty and the potential of the B58 was enough to sway me.

My first car was an '89 Cutless Sierra, followed by a 2005 RSX (still going strong), then a tuned 2010 Evo X MR. Sadly the Evo died on the track when mechanical failure took me into a wall at 60km/h. Still makes me sad and sent me back to the RSX; It's fun but underpowered.

It's been 10 years since I had a really fun car so I'm stoked to have the Supra on order.
Like others have said, I really appreciate all the posts here that show the performance and cosmetic potential of the car.
