Bolt size?

Anyone know the size of these bolts? They keep the liner underneath the car on, and I’m missing some of the bolts ?

They are 8mm, not 5/16. There aren't any standard bolts on the car.

The question wasn't what size tool will fit these bolts.
I'm aware of the cross over compatibility of metric and imperial after 45 years of working on Boeing and Airbus jets as well as local imperial cars and Japanese and Italian motorcycles. Why you would use Imperial tools on Metric fasteners I don't know unless you have a damaged fastener head of one type and can get a better fit using the other for a one off use.
