Is this mess up from Toyota going to be a big job to fix on my 2023? I'm worried lol. All because Toyota can't even put on the right wheel lock bolt on the car before delivery. Wow.

Welcome to car stuff.

No, replacing a lug nut is not going to be a big deal. You can save yourself the time and trouble and install a stud conversion.

No, replacing a lug nut is not going to be a big deal. You can save yourself the time and trouble and install a stud conversion.
I think the concern is that there may be damage to the threads in the hub. If the threads aren't damaged, what zrk said is the way to go. If they are, you may be better off taking it to Toyota to get it repaired.
