Supra Connect app map not loading

When I tried to use the Supra Connect app, everything linked up correctly, but the map just won't load, it just stays black.

I've been searching around a bit but haven't seen anyone posting about this issue. Tried deleting the car from the app and re-adding it back, still the same issue. Also tried deleting the app, restarting the phone, then download it again, no help at all.

Curious if anyone has delt with this before? If not, I'll see if calling the support mentioned here can help. Toyota Supra Connect | Contact Us

It looks like an iOS issue. The last time I used the map feature was on 17.5. Now on 17.5.1 I get the same black screen as you.

It's not exclusive to iOS. Can confirm it is happening on Android as well. Also saw a review on Google Play mention it, so it seems pretty widespread.
